I recorded these three meditations with the intention for you to use them as you need whenever big emotions may arise to fully be with them, whenever you feel scattered AF and want to come back to yourself, or if you’d like an extra boost of confidence before posting on social media.
They are all under 7 minutes to make them an easy moment of calm to incorporate into your busy day.
Meditation, but different.
For a long time, when I first started meditating I would get frustrated with the long silences because my mind was always stuck in “monkey mind” as it’s called. It made me feel like I wasn’t good at meditation which then created fluctuation in my meditation practice. I even had the rigid belief that guided meditations were “cheating” << what?!
Fast forward a few years and a lot of personal development and energy coaching later, I LOVE guided meditations. They are such a supportive tool <especially> when my mind is busy. One of my clients described energy coaching as a more accessible way to access a meditative because we get to go on a guided journey together rather than just telling your mind to be quiet for 8 minutes.
