Get Shit Done Club
Ya know the things you keep saying you want to do but then you never do?
WELP. I am really excited (like the gif you’re seeing excited) to share with you Get Shit Done Club because sometimes it can be the hardest thing to carve out time for us to actually do the dang thing we want to do.
How it’ll work:
We’ll gather on Zoom for 2 hours, opening with a grounding Energy Coaching experience and sharing our intentions for the time together (i.e. what you want to work on or how you want to feel when we complete our time together).
We’ll be working in 25 minute Pomodoro chunks of time with 5 minutes for a break to shake it up and keep our brain feeling fresh.
We’ll close with reflections so you’ll feel accomplished, grounded, and ready to keep on trucking with your day!
